Vibration Analysis is detailed testing that is performed on machines that are not running as efficiently as they should. Infrared analysis can identify problems  that generate excessive heating.  These electrical issues, such as bad connections and overloading, can potentially cause complete mechanical failure.  With infrared analysis, we can identify overloads, damaged bearings and couplings, and piping blockages and flow issues.  This allows you to fix heating problems before you may even notice that you have them, and certainly before they cause catastrophic damage.
