Trane Opens New Rentals Distribution & Maintenance Facility in Olathe, Kansas

Olathe, Kansas, April 8, 2016 –Trane Rental Services has opened a new Distribution and Maintenance Facility in Olathe, Kansas. The new facility is located off the 151st Street exit from Interstate 35 at 15570 S. Keeler Street, Olathe, Kansas.

Trane, a business of Ingersoll Rand, is a leading manufacturer of commercial HVAC equipment and offers these same products for temporary applications. Trane has assembled one of the largest and most advanced fleets of rental equipment in the industry and has distribution centers located across the country.

The new facility in Olathe, Kansas features 38,000 square feet of warehouse and yard space to store and service equipment. The facility will serve the Kansas City metro and surrounding communities within a 300 mile radius. The facility will allow Trane to increase the amount and type of equipment in stock, providing customers with more options and quicker response rates.

Customers in Kansas City can now have access to a large fleet of equipment that’s operational in less than 24 hours. This is crucial for critical applications such as operating rooms, manufacturing, and data centers,” said Doug Stokes, District Rental Services Leader.

The new facility also doubles as a maintenance facility and has two on-site technicians dedicated to testing and maintaining the equipment. The technicians will be responsible for testing each piece of equipment coming in and out of the facility to ensure Trane is delivering reliable and high quality solutions.

Trane will be holding a grand opening celebration from 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 15th. Lunch will be provided by some of Kansas City’s finest food trucks.
